Booking Hours
When clients can book sessions. Times outside this window won't appear on the booking page.

Rooms and venues where shoots happen. These appear as rows on the schedule grid.

Public Booking
When the schedule is finalized, turn this OFF. The widget on visualaid.com shows a notice instead of the booking flow — for people arriving cold and for anyone clicking a manage link in an old confirmation email — and the server refuses new bookings, reschedules and cancellations. VA can still change anything from here. File uploads stay open, so customers can still send in assets for their shoot.
Live Notifications
When ON, confirmed bookings trigger: client/VA confirmation emails, Google Calendar events on james@ and booking@, and a Drive folder for uploads. Turn OFF for testing so the system commits bookings to the DB without sending real notifications.
Event Dates
Controls which days appear on the public booking widget and the admin schedule grid. End date is inclusive.
Archive
Bookings removed from the active schedule. Full dossier remains accessible. Restore any time.
